Supply Chain Planning Coordinator / Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Role Description The Supply Chain Planning Coordinator / Warehouse Operations Coordinator is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the coordinator plans and monitors daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate order processing and timely dispatch.

Responsibilities include coordinating warehouse activities, tracking inventory levels, updating systems with stock movements, and supporting demand forecasting and replenishment. The coordinator collaborates with operations, customer service, and transport teams to resolve issues, optimize workflow, and maintain compliance with company procedures. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing performance metrics, and recommending improvements to overall supply chain and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and a customer-focused approach to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and support supply chain planning decisions.
