This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionThe summer student will be exposed to a variety of tasks and areas within the Supply Chain department as well as the many business units of which support is provided to throughout the Us:Gain practical experience in supply chain management.Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and professional skills and build a network within the industry.Responsibilities:Assist in the coordination and execution of supply chain activities, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment tracking.Support the team in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.Participate in projects aimed at enhancing supply chain performance and sustainability.Provide administrative support, including documentation, reporting, and communication with internal stakeholders.Desired Skills:Strong communication skills (English required).Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with MS Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)Ability to work well in a small team as well as independently.Strong writing skills and experience with formatting documents to corporate standards.Currently enrolled as a full time student and returning in the fall of 2025 in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management).Working Conditions:The work term is approximately 9-11 weeks: from Mid to late June to August 2025.This position is a full-time, 5-days per week role based onsite at the Head Office located at 151 Slater St.NAV CANADA is committed to building a skilled, diverse workforce reflective of Canadian society.
