The Role

We are seeking dynamic, self-driven Global Sales Associates to expand our client base by connecting aspiring students and travelers with SGCF ’s premium travel and academic advisory services. This position is ideal for individuals with strong networking abilities and a talent for converting initial inquiries into successful, paying consultations.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, and connect with prospective students, travelers, and corporate clients seeking international advisory and travel services.
  • Promote SGCF ’s custom travel packages and academic advisory solutions via your personal networks, education fairs, institutions, and digital platforms.
  • Guide prospective clients through our primary services, successfully closing consultations to turn leads into paying customers.
  • Build and scale relationships with schools, independent consultants, and cross-border referral partnerships.
  • Maintain a vibrant and consistent pipeline of active leads through clear, focused follow-ups.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience or a keen interest in travel consultancy, student admissions counseling, or corporate education sales.
  • An active network of students, corporate travelers, or institutional partners is a distinct and strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and professional relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently, taking full ownership of your outreach and lead generation strategy.
  • Comfortable working within a highly rewarding, performance-focused commission model.
Added advantage: Practical digital marketing skills to leverage social media platforms and boost your personal lead pipeline.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role offering a highly lucrative payout of commission on the revenue generated from every paying client you successfully bring in and convert. Your potential scales directly with your performance.
