Student Visa Assistance Specialist - Spain
Lakbyte is looking for an experienced and client-focused Spanish Student Visa Assistance Specialist to help clients prepare complete, accurate, and well-organized Spanish student visa applications.
This is a client-facing role for someone who has previous experience assisting with Spanish student visa applications. Prior experience with Spain consulate requirements, BLS processes, study visa documentation, translations, apostilles/legalizations, and immigration-related client coordination is required.
You will communicate directly with clients, guide them through document requirements, review their application materials, and help ensure that each file is prepared carefully and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients regarding Spanish student visa requirements, documents, and next steps
- Review client documents for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Spanish student visa requirements
- Prepare customized document checklists based on the client’s profile, study program, consulate route, and visa category
- Assist in organizing admission letters, proof of enrollment, study program documents, accommodation documents, financial documents, health insurance, medical certificates, police clearance documents, translations, apostilles/legalizations, and other supporting records
- Guide clients on missing, corrected, or updated documents
- Monitor Spanish consulate, embassy, BLS requirements and appointment procedures, where applicable
- Help clients understand timelines, application steps, and document preparation requirements
- Keep clients updated in a clear, timely, and professional manner
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal trackers
- Follow internal SOPs and escalation procedures
- Flag unclear, inconsistent, or unusual cases to the team for review
- Previous experience assisting with Spanish student visa applications is required
- Experience with Spain consulate requirements, BLS procedures, study visa documentation, translations, apostilles/legalizations, and document review is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a visa assistance agency, education agency, travel agency, immigration support role, or client service role is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional when communicating directly with clients
- Strong attention to detail, especially with names, dates, financial documents, school documents, translations, apostilles/legalizations, and supporting records
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple client files and deadlines
- Able to follow SOPs and internal processes carefully
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Drive, email, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar platforms
- Able to work independently in a remote setup
The right candidate should be patient, organized, professional, and capable of guiding clients through a document-heavy application process. You should be comfortable reviewing files, spotting inconsistencies, explaining requirements clearly, and following up with clients in a structured and respectful way.
Important Note
This role does not involve guaranteeing visa approvals. The focus is on helping clients prepare complete, accurate, and well-organized Spanish student visa applications based on the applicable requirements.Work Setup

- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Spain time, Monday to Friday
- Applicants must be comfortable working Spain business hours
- For Philippine-based applicants, this is generally 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Philippine time during Spain daylight saving time, and 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Philippine time during Spain standard time
- Compensation: ₱38,000–₱55,000 per month, depending on experience
