This role focuses on creating a best-in-class experience for students, universities, and clinic partners while building the systems, content, and processes that will allow these programs to grow sustainably.</p> <p>We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional DPT, SLP, or OT with direct experience as a Student Placement Coordinator or similar role, preferably with an existing university network. This position requires strong relationship-building skills and a direct contribution to the growth and success of Prompt’s student programs.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills and the ability to create and deliver educational content tailored to student learners and university programs. This individual will ensure an exceptional student experience during clinical affiliations with our partnered sites, while also developing scalable processes, workflows, and metrics to drive long-term program success.</p> <p>This position includes a travel component, requiring attendance at a minimum of three national conferences per year, as well as occasional travel for targeted on-campus engagement at key academic partners.</p> <p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p> <strong>Clinic Partner Engagement & Management (within Exxat):</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for Prompt’s clinic partners participating in the Student Placement Initiative.</p> </li> <li> <p>Review and manage clinics’ student placement availabilities within the Exxat platform, ensuring accuracy and optimal representation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support clinics in effectively utilizing Exxat features, including best practices for publishing availability, responding to university requests, and managing student information on their end.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor clinic engagement and response times to student placement requests, proactively offering support to ensure seamless operations.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Student Placement Optimization:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Contribute to the strategy for optimizing clinic partner engagement to maximize student placements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks clinics face in accepting and managing student rotations through the initiative.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist in ensuring clinic data accuracy related to student assignments and rotation details.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Outreach & Communication Strategy:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote Prompt’s participating clinics and their available slots to universities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to email campaigns and other marketing efforts focused on student placement opportunities.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p> <strong>University Relations Support & Educational Content:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist in building and nurturing relationships with DPT programs, acting as a key point of contact for student program inquiries from the university perspective.</p> </li> <li> <p>Facilitate introductions between universities and Prompt’s network of vetted clinics.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide information and support regarding Prompt as a complimentary learning tool for curriculum enhancement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Deliver presentations and virtual sessions to educate students and help them develop during their clinical affiliations.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Program Optimization & Metrics:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor and report on key Prompt KPIs related to clinic engagement, student placement confirmations, and assignment rates.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Internal Collaboration:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to educate them on the Student Placement Initiative, aligning on strategy and providing insights.</p> </li> <li> <p>Promote Prompt+ adoption among current and prospective clients by highlighting the value of the Student Placement Initiative.</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p> <strong>Education:</strong> Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, Occupational Therapy (OT) degree, or Speech Language Pathology SLP) degree required</p> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Clinical Instructor and in a similar student management role within their organization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Direct experience as a Student Placement Coordinator is highly preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated experience and proficiency with the <strong>Exxat platform</strong> is required.</p> </li> <li> <p>A track record of establishing and maintaining university connections is a strong asset.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot), Exxat One, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).</p> </li> <li> <p>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to
