This role is ideal for someone currently enrolled in a college diploma (DEC), technical program or pursuing a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field. The successful candidate will support core HR processes, contribute to benefits administration, and play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.This is a part-time position, averaging approximately 15 hours per week. Availability on Mondays is required (morning, afternoon, or ideally the full day). There is also a possibility to transition to full-time hours (37.5 hours/week) during the summer period. The expected start date is the first week of January 2026.Your responsibilities:Assist with end-to-end HR processes including offer and contract drafting, onboarding, and employee changes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment and maintain HR systems and employee records with precision and confidentiality.Respond to employee questions related to life events, benefits, HR policies, and procedures, coordinating with other teams as needed.Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and process improvements.Contribute to HR projects such as process optimization, policy updates, and benefits review.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery. Participate in brainstorming and implementation of solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.Must have requirements to be successful in this role:Currently enrolled in a college diploma (DEC), technical program or pursuing a bachelor’s degree ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Comfortable working with HR systems and tools; strong attention to detail.Interest in data, reporting, and process improvement.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Bilingualism requiredAdditional Information:Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 4 days in-office per week.#LI-HybridFor all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
