Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior French-Speaking ServiceNow Consultant to support an existing production ServiceNow environment across ITSM, ITAM, and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
 
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a senior ServiceNow consultant and trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in end-client meetings, workshops, and process discussions.
- Provide guidance on ITSM, ITAM, and WSD processes within an existing production environment.
- Assess current processes, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities for modernization and optimization.
- Support platform upgrades and modernization of legacy workflows, dashboards, flows, and processes.
- Drive adoption of Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, mobile capabilities, and automation.
- Improve service desk maturity through ITIL-aligned practices and streamlined agent/approver experiences.
- Identify opportunities for recurring-request automation, external integrations, and high-ROI agentic workflows.
- Support improvements across incident and change management, including simplified forms, playbooks, CI automation, and freeze-period management.
- Enhance Service Catalog capabilities, including SSO access provisioning and mobile approvals.
 
Required Qualifications
- Strong senior-level experience as a ServiceNow Consultant / Functional Consultant / Advisory Consultant.
- Hands-on functional expertise across ITSM, ITAM, and WSD.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow production environments and platform modernization.
- Experience with project management, process organization, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead workshops, structure requirements, and provide business-process guidance.
- Experience with Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, ServiceNow Mobile, and automation is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ITIL/service management practices.
- French language proficiency is mandatory.

- Reducing legacy customizations and adopting out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality.
