DESCRIPTION

XB enables customers to discover international products from Amazon's marketplaces worldwide with simplified customs, faster delivery, local language, local payments, and world-class support. We operate across multiple countries at the forefront of Amazon's global expansion.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager – Technical to lead an AI-powered platform that helps cross-border business, operations, and growth managers manage and grow international selection at scale. You'll define and build an intelligent agent layer that orchestrates actions across pricing, promotions, advertising, and selection — replacing fragmented manual workflows with a unified, automated surface.

Consolidate legacy operational tooling into a single intelligent surface
Partner with engineering to design AI/ML-powered solutions for complex cross-border problems
Work cross-functionally with growth managers, merchandising, finance, and operations stakeholders globally
Mine and analyze data for decision support; define success metrics and guardrails
Think big — invent new ways to automate and improve cross-border operations at scale

About the team
The Team is responsible for building XB AI products and works on building innovating products to drive XB growth

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
  • Experience building prototypes to advance design thinking and the final product experience
  • Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL
  • Demonstrated AI/ML proficiency; hands-on understanding of LLMs, agent architectures, and prompt engineering

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
  • Experience with multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, or intelligent automation platforms

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D insurance), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and other resources to improve health and well-being.
