This position provides assessments, treatments, referrals and case management of individuals, couples, groups and families who experience mental health problems and/or addictions problems. The role also provides professional consultation and collaborative support as an interdisciplinary team member.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
- Bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
