Social Media Coordinator - Entry Level, On-Site

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to build and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of content strategy, audience growth, and engagement. You will work closely with senior team members to produce high-quality video content and develop a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to different platforms and audiences.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, with a focus on audience growth and engagement

Content Ideation - Brainstorm and pitch timely, relevant topics that resonate with our audiences

Content Production - Participate in video production, including filming, directing, and light editing; coordinate content schedules to maintain consistent posting

Growth & Engagement - Research and implement best practices for algorithm optimization and audience growth; monitor analytics and adjust strategy accordingly

Trend Monitoring - Stay on top of industry trends and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant

Skills/background needed:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, Journalism, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in social media coordination, content creation, or digital marketing (internships included). Hands-on video production skills, comfortable with filming, lighting, and editing. Experience with video editing software is beneficial. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English. Strong writing and communication skills in both languages. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar. On-site availability required, Monday to Friday.
