OUR WEBSITE IS UNDERGOING A REBRAND WITHIN THE SAME SHOPIFY STORE, INCLUDING A DOMAIN MIGRATION AND BRAND REFRESH. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW GRAD TO SUPPORT EXECUTION — INCLUDING REBRAND ROLLOUT, LEGACY CLEANUP, ARCHIVING, AND ONGOING SHOPIFY TASKS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST. The Shopify Assistant will play a key role in executing this transition and supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations within a Shopify Plus environment. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong attention to detail and technical proficiency. This is a temporary, full-time hybrid internship for approximately 3 months (June to August), with the possibility of extension. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Rebrand Execution • Implement new brand elements including logos, colors, fonts, and copy updates • Update navigation, footer, announcement banners, and email templates • Manage metafields, SEO titles/descriptions, and social/OG tags • Legacy Cleanup • Audit and archive outdated products, collections, and content (pages, blogs) • Clean redirects, theme sections, and unused metafields • Archiving & Documentation • Capture the pre-transition state of the site • Maintain a detailed change log of all modifications • Domain Migration Support • Create and implement URL redirect maps (301) • Update canonical tags, regenerate sitemap, manage robots.txt • Support Google Search Console transition and post-launch QA (broken links) • Apps & Integrations Management • Remove unused apps • Reconfigure tools such as Klaviyo, Nosto, Gorgias, Yotpo, ReturnGo • Remove obsolete scripts • Day-to-Day Execution • Update products and collections • Edit theme sections (Shopify OS 2.0) • Perform light development (Liquid, HTML/CSS/JS) • Conduct QA, troubleshoot bugs, and coordinate with app vendors Education & Experience • Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Web Development, or a related field • Hands-on experience with Shopify (required) Required Skills • Bilingualism (French & English) required due to frequent communication with our U.S.-based parent company and the use of English-language tools. • Shopify Plus administration + Shopify Online Store 2.0 architecture • Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript • App configuration and QA best practices • Basic Git or version control • Klaviyo experience (asset) • SEO fundamentals (asset) • Shopify Translate & Adapt (asset) • Multi-storefront experience (asset) About the Holiday Group At The Holiday Group, we don’t just create bags, we create lifestyle essentials for people on the move. Nous recherchons un nouveau diplômé pour soutenir l’exécution — notamment le déploiement du rebranding, le nettoyage des données existantes, l’archivage et les tâches Shopify récurrentes — sous la supervision du spécialiste e-commerce. L'Assistant Shopify jouera un rôle clé dans l’exécution de cette transition ainsi que dans les opérations e-commerce quotidiennes au sein d’un environnement Shopify Plus. Ce rôle est fortement axé sur l’exécution et requiert une grande rigueur ainsi que de solides compétences techniques. Il s’agit d’un stage à temps plein en mode hybride d’une durée approximative de 3 mois (de juin à août), avec possibilité de prolongation. Responsabilités principales • Execution du rebrainding • Mettre en place les nouveaux éléments de marque (logos, couleurs, typographies, textes) • Mettre à jour la navigation, le pied de page, les bannières et les templates d’email • Gérer les métadonnées, titres/descriptions SEO et balises sociales (OG) • Nettoyage des données existantes • Auditer et archiver les produits, collections et contenus obsolètes (pages, blogs) • Nettoyer les redirections, sections de thème et champs inutilisés • Archivage et documentation • Maintenir un registre détaillé de tous les changements • Capturer l’état du site avant la transition • Support à la migration de domaine • Créer et implémenter les redirections URL (301) • Mettre à jour les balises canoniques, régénérer le sitemap, gérer robots.txt • Soutenir la transition Google Search Console et effectuer le QA post‑lancement (liens brisés) • Gestion des applications et intégrations • Supprimer les applications inutilisées • Reconfigurer des outils comme Klaviyo, Nosto, Gorgias, Yotpo, ReturnGo • Retirer les scripts obsolètes • Exécution quotidienne • Mettre à jour les produits et collections • Modifier les sections du thème (Shopify OS 2.0) • Effectuer de petits développements (Liquid, HTML/CSS/JS) • Effectuer du QA, corriger les bugs et coordonner avec les fournisseurs d’applications Formation et expérience • Diplôme ou certificat en marketing numérique, commerce électronique, développement web ou domaine connexe • Expérience concrète avec Shopify (obligatoire) Compétences requises • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis en raison de communications fréquentes avec notre maison mère située aux États-Unis et de l’utilisation d’outils en anglais • Administration Shopify Plus et architecture Shopify Online Store 2.0 • Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Configuration d’applications et bonnes pratiques en QA • Connaissances de base en gestion de versions (Git) • Expérience avec Klaviyo (atout) • Connaissances SEO (atout) • Shopify Translate & Adapt (atout) • Expérience multi-boutiques (atout) À propos du Groupe Holiday Chez The Holiday Group, nous ne créons pas seulement des sacs, nous créons des essentiels de style de vie pour les personnes toujours en mouvement.
