Senior UX Designer, Amazon Delivery Customer Experiences

Amazon Delivery’s Customer Experiences team (ADX CX) is seeking our next Senior UX Designer to join us in shaping products and services that will enable millions of customers worldwide to control when, where, and how they receive and manage purchases from Earth’s largest selection. Our creative work impacts millions of customers worldwide and we are proud to be a part of it.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 8+ years of design experience- Have an available online portfolio- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards- Experience with best practices for Product and Experience Design (including User Interfaces, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design)- Experience in end-to-end design projects from design strategy through execution- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and product design- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Proto.io, HTML, or similarPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience designing customer facing retail products- Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps- Experience presenting to and effectively advising partners within and outside of design- Experience identifying and informing data needs to communicate strategic and tactical recommendationsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
