Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Identify, report, and track software defects in a timely and accurate manner. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members. Stay updated on industry best practices and new testing methodologies to continuously improve the QA process. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates, escalate issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met. Proactively identify and suggest solutions for potential process or product improvements. Act as a subject matter expert for quality assurance processes and procedures. Lead and coordinate the testing efforts for major releases and high-impact projects.
