With a strong reputation built on deep technical expertise, trusted client relationships, and a commitment to long-term partnerships, they are adding a new <strong>Senior Account Manager</strong> to support continued growth. This is a true hunter-focused sales role, with the opportunity to develop net-new business while also taking ownership of select established client relationships. If this sounds like you please apply directly or send your resume to info@stellar-recruitment.com.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Drive net-new business development by identifying, prospecting, and developing relationships with private- and public-sector organizations, with a primary focus on selling IT infrastructure solutions and managed services.</li><li>Sell and position infrastructure solutions including networking technologies such as Cisco, HP/Aruba, Arista, or equivalent, as well as data-center compute and storage solutions including Dell/EMC, HPE, NetApp, or equivalent.</li><li>Develop long-term client partnerships by understanding business and technology needs, building trust with decision-makers, managing the sales cycle from prospecting through close, and gradually taking ownership of select existing accounts.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5–10+ years of MSP or IT services sales experience, with a proven track record selling IT infrastructure, networking, data-center, managed services, or related technology solutions to private-sector and/or public-sector organizations.</li><li>Strong hunter mentality combined with a relationship-focused approach, with the maturity, professionalism, and communication skills to build credibility with technical and business stakeholders and develop long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Stable career history and long-term mindset, with a genuine interest in growing with an organization; a university degree is not required. Candidates must also be able to transition from any existing non-compete obligations where applicable.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Pay: $120,000 base (flexible) with commission</p><p>Located in South Burnaby, on site for first 3-months then hybrid after.</p><p><br></p><p>Please note that the posted pay range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
