Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

<strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>What you will actually do<br><br>Lead full-trades estimates for international commercial projects, mentor junior estimators, and own bid-day quality on the jobs that matter most.<br><br>You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships — which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Prepare and audit detailed cost estimates across all CSI divisions for US and Gulf commercial projects</li><li> Perform and review quantity takeoffs in Planswift and Bluebeam Revu</li><li> Confirm scope with clients in writing; manage RFIs and addenda impacts through bid day</li><li> Review junior estimators' workbooks and sign off before delivery</li><li> Build and maintain unit-rate libraries from supplier quotes and closed-job feedback</li><li> Join client calls to walk through estimates and defend the numbers<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> B.Sc. Civil Engineering or B.S.
