The work environment values professionalism, technical rigor, and continuous improvement.Role Description The Senior Project Planner & Scheduler is a full-time hybrid role based in Montreal, QC, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. In this role, the individual develops, maintains, and updates detailed project schedules using appropriate software tools, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and resource constraints.
Daily tasks include analyzing schedule performance, identifying risks and variances, and preparing clear reports and dashboards for project stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other functional teams to validate timelines, dependencies, and milestones, and to support effective project control processes.

Planner & Scheduler also contributes to continuous improvement of planning standards, procedures, and best practices across the organization.Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Planning & Scheduling, with experience creating and managing complex, multi-phase project schedules.
- Understanding of & ability to develop of Advanced Work Packaging
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret project data, forecast trends, identify issues, and propose realistic corrective actions.
- Solid Project Control experience, including progress measurement, variance analysis, and integration of cost and schedule information.
- Effective Communication skills to present schedule updates, reports, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent) and standard project management software.
- Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related project environments is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
