About Let's Roam Let's Roam is a startup (est. 2016) that helps people explore the world and connect with each other. Our culturally immersive scavenger hunts help people connect with their environment through team challenges and interactive games, while our corporate virtual team building events offer a fun and sophisticated way of bringing companies together and stay engaged with one another while living in a remote work environment. About You

We're looking for a highly hands-on Meta performance marketer who combines deep paid social expertise, strong DTC commercial instincts, and advanced AI-assisted creative production. This is not a traditional media-buying role. We want someone who can take a campaign from strategy → AI-assisted creative → launch → test → profitable scale.

You should be an advanced user of AI creative tools like Claude or ChatGPT, using AI as a core part of your creative workflow to dramatically increase testing velocity and volume. You will own Meta strategy, creative production, and performance reporting across two consumer brands.

Project/Role Description Meta Strategy & Growth

  • Develop profitable evergreen, promotional, and seasonal campaigns with long-term scalability.
  • Own campaign structure, budgets, bidding, targeting, and scaling decisions.
  • Monitor performance daily and quickly scale, optimize, or pause campaigns and ads based on profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities across products, audiences, geographies, and occasions.
  • Develop structured testing roadmaps for campaigns, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
  • Diagnose performance across creative, campaign structure, offer, landing page, and conversion funnel.
AI Creative Strategy & Production
  • Own the Meta creative testing strategy across both brands.
  • Develop new hooks, concepts, offers, messaging angles, and creative hypotheses based on performance data and customer insights.
  • Use AI to rapidly create and iterate static ads, UGC concepts, short-form video, scripts, copy, and creative variations.
  • Analyze winning and losing ads to understand why they performed and determine the next iteration.
  • Monitor creative fatigue and continuously introduce new concepts and variations.
  • Build an AI-enabled creative workflow that increases both speed and volume without sacrificing quality.
Reporting & Performance Insights
  • Monitor and communicate performance on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Translate data into clear insights: what happened, why it happened, and what we should do next.
  • Analyze results by campaign, product, geography, audience, and creative.
  • Evaluate creative metrics including Hook Rate, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and Contribution Margin.
  • Present performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

AI-Enabled Creative Skills
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI for performance creative, including imagery, UGC concepts, video, scripts, and copy.
  • Experience building AI-enabled and automation-first marketing workflows that improve creative velocity, optimization, or reporting.
  • Strong performance creative instincts with the ability to identify winning hooks, angles, messaging, and formats.
