What You'll Be Doing

Our Simplii Marketing team helps bring the Simplii Financial brand to life through insight-led, integrated marketing that supports business growth and deepens client relationships. As Senior Manager, Simplii Marketing, you'll lead the planning and execution of marketing communications and campaigns across channels, working closely with internal partners, agencies, and external teams. You'll translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans that strengthen the brand and create meaningful client experiences. You'll use customer insights, data, and performance results to shape strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable outcomes. You'll also help foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting team priorities and delivering high-quality work.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on‐site, while other days will be remote.

How You'll Succeed

  • Integrated Marketing Leadership - Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across channels, agencies, and partner teams to bring Simplii's brand and products to life in compelling ways.
  • Client-Centred Strategy - Use customer insights, data, and market knowledge to develop marketing strategies that strengthen client relationships and improve how clients experience the brand.
  • Brand Stewardship - Maintain consistency in Simplii's brand identity and messaging, ensuring every campaign reflects a clear, distinctive, and engaging brand presence.
  • Campaign Management - Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables thoughtfully, working with partners to maximize impact and track progress against business objectives.
  • Performance Optimization - Analyze campaign results to uncover insights, refine recommendations, and optimize future marketing activity for stronger business outcomes.
  • Cross‐Functional Collaboration - Build strong relationships across the organization to align priorities, shape integrated recommendations, and demonstrate the value marketing brings to the business.

  • You have relevant experience. You bring 7+ years of marketing experience, including leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels and working with creative and media agencies to develop strong briefs, guide execution, and provide thoughtful feedback.
