Key Responsibilities In this role, you will Receive, review, and process incoming medical and dental service documentation in accordance with contract requirements and customer specifications. Identify and resolve errors, missing components, and inconsistencies in data, ensuring 100% accuracy before entry. Scan, enter, and attach data to orders using our secure, cloud‑based platform. Adhere to program policies and customer‑designated guidelines while meeting tight, time‑sensitive deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive documents, following brighthush’s data protection protocols. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—clinical, pharmacy, compliance—to resolve data discrepancies and improve processes. Track and report on key performance metrics, such as turnaround time, error rates, and throughput. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback on workflow enhancements. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or higher). Minimum 1 year of clerical experience. Minimum 1 year of data entry or data control experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s Degree or higher. Experience in customer service or a related field.
