What You Will Do You will build and run our entire cold email outbound system. This includes:

Job Scraping

Use free open-source tools (JobSpy, Apify free tier) to scrape job postings from LinkedIn, Indeed, and Google Jobs

Target US companies that are actively hiring

Finding Decision-Makers

Identify the right person to contact at each company (Owner, CEO, Operations Manager, etc.)

Use LinkedIn search and Google search to find them

Email Discovery

Find verified email addresses using free tools ( ---------- , ---------- , Anymail Finder)

Use email pattern guessing and verification when needed

Build clean, deduplicated lead lists

Cold Email Campaigns

Set up and run sequences in Instantly.ai

Manage email warmup, deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC settings

Write and test email copy that gets replies

Monitor open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings

Reporting

Send a weekly report every Monday with: email s sent, open rate, reply rate, positive replies, booked meetings

Document your process so we can train others

Required WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

3+ years of B2B cold email experience (please show proof)

Experience using Instantly.ai, Smartlead, or Lemlist

Strong written English (you will write the email s)

Knowledge of email deliverability (warmup, domain health, inbox placement)

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or scraping tools

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Available to start within 2 weeks

Nice To Have Experience with JobSpy, Apify, or web scraping

Basic Python or no-code automation skills (n8n, Make, Zapier)

Experience selling to US small businesses or law firms

Background in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services
