Senior Associate, Enterprise Restaurants

About the Team

DoorDash continues to grow in Canada and we are hiring a Senior Engagement Associate to be responsible for the strategic vision, development and growth of restaurant merchant partner relationships within our Enterprise Post-sale team. You will report to an Engagement Manager Lead for DoorDash Canada.

You'll leverage AI-powered insights, data-driven signals, and emerging tools to shape strategy, inform decision-making, identify opportunities, and drive growth across complex, enterprise-level engagements. By integrating AI and data-enabled analysis into day-to-day workflows, you'll improve prioritization, execution, and business impact while partnering cross-functionally to translate evolving platform and AI capabilities into clear, tangible value for partners and the business.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Senior Associate you will join a passionate team of high-performing sales and relationship managers, as we deepen our partnerships with Canada's most strategically important restaurant merchants. You will be responsible for the ownership and growth of a subset of these partnerships and play a key role in the rollout of new brand partnerships, growing existing merchants (selling new products, launching new stores) partnering to grow with marketing and working closely with product teams and other key internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience to our merchant partners.

  • Own, develop and foster strategic merchant partnerships to drive sales growth using a number of levers including activation, marketing, product and operations.
  • Develop strategic merchant relationships with C-Suite, strategy, marketing, and operations leads to provide a best-in-class working partnership.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in account management, sales, business development or consulting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative and effective solutions (ie. in a sales role working with product, marketing, and operations teams).
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets (advanced spreadsheet skills required).
  • A proven track record of driving growth.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with marketplaces, operations or logistics.
  • Experience with CRM software (ie. Salesforce).
