Senior Administrative Specialist (Insurance)

<p><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p><b>What is the opportunity?</b></p><p>We are looking to add a bright, resourceful, and organized Senior Administrative Specialist to our team.  You take initiative, pay attention to detail, learn quickly, can manage internal and external relationships, and you’re a great team player with superb communication skills. Then we are looking for you! As the Senior Administrative Specialist your primary focus will be to assist Estate Planning Specialist/Advisor teams with ongoing insurance inforce policy administration. </p><p>This role ensures that all insurance related transactional requests are handled with exceptional care, efficiency and accuracy.  The specialist acts as a single point of contact, offering proactive support, personalized service and seamless execution of all insurance servicing needs.</p><br /><p><b>What will you do?</b></p><ul><li>Manage the administrative transactional request from either the Estate Planning Specialists or Investment Advisor teams:</li></ul><p>- Review completed insurance forms for accuracy and completeness. Submit completed forms to the insurance company for processing;</p><p>- Follow up with the insurance company and provide case owners with clear, timely updates on request statuses. </p><ul><li>Maintain data integrity on our database by ensuring the change has been updated.​</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a point of escalation for complex or urgent insurance servicing issues.  Liaise with insurance carriers as needed to resolve matters quickly</li><li>Identify trends, pain points and opportunities for improvement in servicing workflows. Support the team with policy reassignments requests</li><li>Maintain the insurance company inforce forms on our internal website</li><li>Contribute to business and process improvement initiatives.
