Beyond managing accounts, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, responsible for building deep, durable relationships grounded in proactive communication, credibility, and consistent value delivery.<br><br>Your success will be defined not just by retention and growth, but by the strength of client trust, quality of engagement, and depth of partnership you establish across your portfolio.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own and develop high-trust relationships with a portfolio of key clients, becoming their primary strategic partner and advocate within Appcharge.</li><li>Establish structured, proactive communication rhythms (QBRs, strategic reviews, executive alignment) to ensure transparency, alignment, and confidence at all levels of the client organization.</li><li>Build credibility through deep understanding of each client’s business model, monetization strategy, and success metrics, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than a vendor contact.</li><li>Drive product adoption and long-term value by developing tailored success plans aligned to client goals and continuously reinforcing ROI.</li><li>Identify and navigate stakeholder dynamics, building multi-threaded relationships across decision-makers and influencers to strengthen account resilience.</li><li>Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and support teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.</li><li>Proactively surface risks, manage expectations, and resolve challenges with clarity, ownership, and strong communication discipline.</li><li>Continuously identify opportunities to expand partnerships by aligning Appcharge capabilities with evolving client needs.<br><br></li></ul>Requirements:<br><br><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a client-facing B2B role, with a strong track record in account management within gaming or mobile.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and sustain trusted client relationships, particularly with senior stakeholders.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills - structured, proactive, and precise - with the ability to influence and align both internally and externally.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to demonstrating value and guiding client decisions.</li><li>Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.</li><li>High ownership mindset, with the ability to independently manage accounts across the full lifecycle (onboarding → growth → renewal).</li><li>Fluency in English, North America-based</li></ul>
