Job Summary

We are looking for a Seasoned Remote Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex family. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for arenaflex customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist with booking, modifying, or canceling travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex policies.
  • Provide up‑to‑date information on flight schedules, fares, promotions, and ancillary services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Upsell relevant arenaflex products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—operations, reservations, marketing—to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay current on arenaflex policies, procedures, and product updates through ongoing training.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and provide feedback to improve processes.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Proficiency with computer systems, CRM platforms, and reputed company Office Suite.
