Key Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact

As a Night Shift Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the frontline advocate for our users, ensuring their experience is smooth, secure, and satisfying. Your core duties will include:

  • Customer Support Excellence – Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in both Mandarin and English, resolving issues ranging from order placement to payment processing.
  • Order Assistance & Troubleshooting – Guide customers through the ordering process, troubleshoot technical glitches, and provide real‑time solutions to keep their meals on track.
  • Secure Payment Processing – Process payments with strict adherence to PCI compliance, ensuring data integrity and customer trust.
  • Proactive Engagement – Identify patterns in customer feedback, flag recurring issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to implement fixes and enhancements.
