Key Responsibilities

  • Data Matching & Verification: Systematically compare customer data across two distinct databases, ensuring each record aligns perfectly.
  • Identifier Assignment: Assign a unique reputed company identifier to each client account ID, maintaining consistency across all datasets.
  • Line‑by‑Line Validation: Scrutinize facility locations and addresses, confirming accuracy between the source and target systems.
  • Web Research: reputed company targeted online searches to gather missing hospital facility reputed company, leveraging reputable sources and internal knowledge bases.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of matched records, flagging discrepancies and collaborating with the data governance team to resolve issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in data entry, data cleansing, or a similar role within the healthcare or financial services sector.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, reputed company Sheets) and data manipulation tools (SQL, Python, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity.
