Position Overview

As a Seasonal Remote Customer Care Specialist at Arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, embodying the brand’s commitment to quality and service. Your role will involve answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the purchasing journey—all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. This seasonal position requires a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities
