Archers Fleet LLC is hiring Seasonal Delivery Drivers!

We’re looking for reliable, friendly, and customer-focused drivers to join our team for the busy holiday season. This is a great opportunity to earn steady hours in a positive and supportive environment. We’ll provide all the tools, training, and guidance you need to succeed.

Location: Our warehouse is in Livermore, CA, and we deliver to the surrounding areas.

Seasonal Dates: October 2026 – January 15, 2027

✨ Future Opportunities: Exceptional seasonal drivers may be offered a permanent position at the Oakley warehouse after evaluation.

Benefits & Scheduling:

  • $24.50/ hr to start and up to / hr (paid biweekly)
  • Paid training
  • Paid time-offs
  • 8-10 hours a day and 5 days a week schedule is typical
  • A typical day shift will start at 12:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
  • Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles; follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
  • Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Use a smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
  • Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
  • Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Basic Requirements:

  • at least 21 years of age
  • Valid CA driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Weekends and Holidays required

  • Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 3 WEEKS to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
