<p>Salesforce FSC Integration Lead</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Toronto, ON</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Contract / Sub-con</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 5–10 Years</p><p><strong>Openings:</strong> 1</p><p>Job Summary</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Integration Lead</strong> with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integration, and production support.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in <strong>Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, APIs, integrations, data architecture, and Salesforce Service Cloud/FSC</strong>. The role will focus on developing, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise Salesforce applications in a production environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, develop, customize, integrate, and support <strong>Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)</strong> and Service Cloud applications.</li><li>Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using <strong>Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, SOQL, and SOSL</strong>.</li><li>Develop modern user interfaces using <strong>Lightning Web Components (LWC)</strong> and Lightning Experience.</li><li>Build and maintain <strong>Salesforce Flows, Apex-based automation, and custom business logic</strong>.</li><li>Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using <strong>REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Webhooks, and other integration patterns</strong>.</li><li>Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications, databases, middleware, and third-party platforms.</li><li>Work with integration/middleware technologies such as <strong>MuleSoft or similar enterprise integration platforms</strong>.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues involving <strong>API failures, authentication, data synchronization, integration queues, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing</strong>.</li><li>Analyze integration logs, Salesforce debug logs, API responses, and system monitoring information to identify and resolve production issues.</li><li>Perform <strong>L2/L3 production support</strong> for Salesforce FSC and Service Cloud applications.</li><li>Investigate production incidents and perform detailed <strong>Root Cause Analysis (RCA)</strong> for recurring application and integration issues.</li><li>Optimize Salesforce code and integrations for <strong>performance, scalability, governor limits, and platform best practices</strong>.</li><li>Design and implement efficient <strong>data models and data integration solutions</strong> within Salesforce.</li><li>Perform data migration, data loading, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities using appropriate Salesforce tools.</li><li>Develop and maintain <strong>integration mappings, technical specifications, interface documentation, and data flow documentation</strong>.</li><li>Support Salesforce deployments using <strong>Salesforce DevOps, Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines</strong>.</li><li>Participate in release planning, deployment, testing, defect resolution, and production implementation activities.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, business analysts, integration teams, developers, and support teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.</li><li>Review existing Salesforce implementations and recommend improvements to application architecture, integrations, and code quality.</li></ul><p>Mandatory Skills</p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on <strong>Salesforce development</strong> experience.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)</strong>.</li><li>Strong experience with <strong>Salesforce Service Cloud</strong>.</li><li>Strong development experience with:</li><li><strong>Apex</strong></li><li><strong>Apex Triggers</strong></li><li><strong>Batch / Queueable / Scheduled Apex</strong></li><li><strong>SOQL / SOSL</strong></li><li><strong>Lightning Web Components (LWC)</strong></li><li><strong>Salesforce permanent technical fixes.</li><li>Support production releases and emergency fixes when required.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Salesforce <strong>Platform Developer I / II</strong> certification.</li><li>Salesforce Administrator certification.</li><li>Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience/certification.</li><li>Experience with <strong>MuleSoft</strong> or another enterprise integration platform.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Salesforce CLI and CI/CD</strong>.</li><li>Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments.</li><li>Strong understanding
