Duties

  • Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, presenting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets in various industries
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals that meet both client needs and company objectives
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing business growth
  • Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales campaigns
  • Leverage technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve results

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account management strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and technology sales environments
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
