Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing options clearly to customers, ensuring they understand all aspects of their purchase
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer value and meet sales targets
  • Drive company vehicles safely along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized, attractive, and fully stocked
  • Assist with heavy lifting when handling inventory or supplies to maintain a safe working environment
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route deliveries, and customer interactions for organizational efficiency
