What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
  • Demonstrate products and explain their features and benefits
  • Build customer confidence through product knowledge and honest recommendations
  • Process sales accurately using our POS system
  • Handle cash, debit, credit, and financing transactions
  • Upsell complementary products and accessories when appropriate
  • Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales displays
  • Assist with merchandising and showroom presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (electronics or automotive industry is an asset)
  • Passion for technology, car audio, or automotive electronics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bilingual (English and another language) is considered an asset

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability required
  • 8-hour shifts
