InstaPract is a Dubai-based digital health company building the Digital Patient Front Door for healthcare providers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the GCC and Africa. Our platforms cover telehealth, patient portals, remote patient monitoring and AI tools such as AI scribing, AI receptionist and AI medical coding. They help clinics and hospitals deliver care beyond the four walls.

We are SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 certified, HIPAA and DHA compliant, and connect to Malaffi, Nabidh and Riayati. We integrate with leading EMRs including Oracle Health (Cerner), Epic, Oasis, Stella and Unite Care.

The role

We're hiring a hands-on, target-driven Sales Manager to grow our Dubai and UAE customer base. You will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation and closing. You'll sell our SaaS subscriptions to clinics, polyclinics, specialty centres, home-care providers and hospitals. This is a field role. You'll be in front of doctors, clinic owners and hospital decision-makers every week.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business for InstaPract's SaaS platforms across Dubai and the wider UAE
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of DHA-licensed clinics, hospitals and healthcare groups
  • Run product demos and discovery meetings with owners, medical directors, CIOs and operations heads
  • Prepare proposals and pricing, and negotiate and close subscription contracts
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build co-selling relationships with EMR vendors, healthcare associations and channel partners
  • Represent InstaPract at healthcare events, exhibitions and industry meetups (e.g., WHX / Arab Health)
  • Keep the CRM accurate and report pipeline, forecasts and wins to leadership weekly
  • Feed market and competitor insights back to the product and marketing teams
Minimum requirements (must-have)
  • Proven track record selling health tech products in the Middle East market
  • Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
  • Willingness and ability to work against strict sales targets, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with confident presentation and negotiation skills
Strongly preferred
  • Experience selling SaaS / subscription-based healthcare software
  • Prior experience with an EMR / EHR company in the UAE will be given strong consideration
  • Existing network among UAE clinics, hospital groups and healthcare decision-makers
  • Familiarity with the DHA, DoH and MOHAP regulatory landscape and telehealth licensing
  • Arabic language skills are a plus
