What You’ll Do

As a Managed IT Services Sales Consultant, you will directly impact the growth of our organization by helping businesses improve their IT, security, and operational efficiency.

You will:

  • Prospect, identify, and close new Managed IT Service opportunities
  • Manage your pipeline from lead → proposal → close
  • Work closely with our technical team to build the best solution for each client
  • Clearly communicate value, ROI, and risk mitigation to business owners and executives
  • Oversee the smooth onboarding of every client you sign
  • Hit your targets and celebrate wins with a high-performing team
  • Continuously grow your sales acumen through mentorship and training

This role is perfect for:

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in a competitive, customer-facing sales role
  • A proven track record of initiative, resilience, and closing ability
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A fast learner with curiosity for technology and problem‑solving
  • Ability to manage objections and keep moving forward
  • Bonus: Experience selling Managed Services, IT solutions, or working in an MSP/VAR environment

Requirements

  • Must live in Hamilton or nearby regions
  • Work on-site in our Ancaster office and/or visit clients in person
  • Must be motivated by performance, growth, and hitting goals
