Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at the Canadian Exhibition Place. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, with the ability to inspire and develop team members while maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Train and mentor retail staff on best practices in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Implement upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized store layout, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in achieving store goals.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
