RIBO qualified CSR – Insurance/Personal Assistant | Fully Remote

Must be RIBO qualified and based in ON. Must be proficient in ARS & powerbroker.

Salary: $60,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant / CSR to support and manage a producer’s high-volume book of business.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced insurance professional who can independently manage the day-to-day servicing and administrative requirements of a busy book of business. The successful candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of client and policy activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day servicing of a high-volume insurance book of business on behalf of a producer
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and insurance companies
  • Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, cancellations, payments, and other client requests
  • Manage renewal follow-ups and ensure all outstanding items are completed within required timelines
  • Prepare and process documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with clients, underwriters, and insurance companies on behalf of the producer
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy information
  • Monitor emails, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Assist the producer with day-to-day account management and administrative responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage a large volume of requests while maintaining a high level of client service
  • Work independently and proactively to keep the producer's book organized and running efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of insurance industry experience
  • Extremely proficient in ARS and PowerBroker — this is a mandatory requirement
  • Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, policy servicing, and brokerage operations
  • Experience managing or servicing a high-volume book of business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to client service
