We are currently recruiting for two motivated Retail Merchandisers to join our high-performing Ontario Sales Team, supporting the GTA West & Toronto and GTA East & Toronto territories.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will support the execution of our retail strategy across grocery stores, LCBO locations and convenience stores within either the GTA West & Toronto or GTA East & Toronto territory, depending on the position. This is a field-based role requiring daily travel to customer accounts, where you'll be responsible for merchandising, promotional execution and representing our portfolio of brands in-store.

Key Responsibilities

·       Execute a structured daily route plan across grocery stores, LCBO locations and convenience stores.

·       Merchandise products by installing displays and promotional materials to maximize visibility and brand presence.

·       Deliver promotional materials and product samples to customer locations as required.

·       Build positive relationships with retail customers and act as an ambassador for the Select Wines Group portfolio of brands.

·       Support Territory Sales Managers with in-store merchandising and promotional execution.

·       Complete store visit reports, upload photos and provide regular updates using company systems.

·       Support supplier visits, customer events and promotional activities as required.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

·       Previous merchandising or retail experience is preferred but not essential.

·       Experience in grocery, beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods is an asset.

·       Passion for wine and the beverage alcohol industry.

·       Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

·       Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

·       Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps and digital reporting tools.

·       Ability to navigate using digital mapping applications.

·       Valid Ontario driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

·       Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

·       Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.

Compensation

$45,000 + Commissions
