Retail Associate - Keyholder (Full Time)

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a retail associate - keyholder, which we call a solutions advisor - keyholder at Best Buy. As a retail associate - keyholder, you will keep our store looking great and process our customers’ purchases, returns, trade-ins and more. No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers. What you’ll do:

  • Work in all areas of the store to provide a complete customer experience, from finding the perfect product, to setting up the perfect services, to processing transactions
  • Share your passion for tech and your wide array of product knowledge
  • Assist with store operations by completing opening/closing tasks and receiving merchandise deliveries
  • Respond to customer escalations and other events when store leader is absent What we’re looking for:
