Responsable de projet technique

Nous recherchons un Chef de projet technique Migration logicielle IBM Z pour rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Montréal, dans le cadre d'un poste permanent.

Agissant à titre de conseiller / consultant de Chrome Technologies, le candidat interviendra auprès de nos clients dans la réalisation des projets qu'ils nous confient.

Ce poste est en mode 100% télétravail. Les candidats admissibles doivent résider et travailler à partir du Canada ou de l'Europe, et devront obligatoirement travailler sur le fuseau horaire du Québec.

Contexte du projet

Le client mène des initiatives stratégiques de modernisation de systèmes mainframe sur la plateforme IBM Z.

Il recherche un Chef de projet technique capable de piloter des projets complexes de migration logicielle et de transformation technologique d'environnements legacy vers des solutions IBM Z de nouvelle génération.

Il s'agit d'un rôle à haute visibilité impliquant une interaction directe avec les équipes techniques, les architectes et la direction des clients.

Responsabilités principales

  • Diriger des projets de migration logicielle mainframe (de la planification à la mise en production)
  • Définir le périmètre, les échéanciers et les critères de succès avec les parties prenantes
  • Élaborer et maintenir les plans de projet, budgets, échéanciers et stratégies de gestion des risques
  • Coordonner des équipes transversales (ingénierie, opérations, architecture, direction)
  • Suivre l'avancement, identifier les risques et mettre en place des plans de mitigation
  • Assurer la qualité et la conformité à toutes les étapes du projet
  • Coordonner les phases de test, déploiement et bascule (cutover) avec les équipes IBM Z
  • Identifier des opportunités d'amélioration des processus et implanter des meilleures pratiques

Compétences minimales requises

  • Certification PMP ou PRINCE2 (ou expérience équivalente démontrée)
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets techniques complexes
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de portée, budget, échéancier et risques
  • Expérience en environnement IBM Z / Mainframe
  • Bonne maîtrise des opérations TI, du SDLC et des cadres de gouvernance projet
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et leadership
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs parties prenantes dans des environnements dynamiques
  • Anglais courant obligatoire

Atouts importants

  • Participation à des projets de migration logicielle IBM Z
  • Connaissance des produits IBM : RACF, CICS, IDz, Wazi
  • Compréhension des langages mainframe (COBOL, PL/I)
  • Expérience en modernisation ou transformation DevOps
