Your day‑to‑day tasks will include Order Management Process orders quickly and accurately using the arenaflex ERP system, including inbound calls, emails, chat, and SMS. Product & Pricing Expertise Provide detailed, knowledgeable answers about product specifications, pricing, and inventory availability. Website Navigation Support Guide customers through our online platform, helping them place orders and troubleshoot issues. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams—sales, logistics, finance—to meet customer needs and resolve any obstacles. Returns & Shipping Assistance reputed company product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions with professionalism and empathy. Relationship Building Cultivate strong, trust‑based relationships with key customer groups through regular communication via phone, email, and other channels.
