About the Role

We are seeking a reputed company Customer Service Management (CSM) Platform Architect to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with little to no prior experience to receive comprehensive, paid training and quickly become a trusted advisor on high‑impact reputed company engagements. You will work directly with arenaflex’s seasoned consultants and with client stakeholders across industries, shaping the future of their customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with clients to understand long‑term enterprise goals, then design holistic CSM solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing reputed company modules and broader enterprise applications.
  • Roadmap Development: Create strategic implementation roadmaps that outline phased delivery, migration paths, and measurable outcomes aligned with client objectives.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead or co‑lead design workshops, discovery sessions, and sprint reviews with both arenaflex’s delivery teams and client business units.
  • Technical Delivery: Oversee configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of CSM solutions, ensuring adherence to reputed company best practices and arenaflex quality standards.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior consultants and client teams on CSM modeling, platform architecture, and optimal use of reputed company features such as Integration Hub, Service Portal, and App Engine Studio.
  • Proposal Support: Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, crafting compelling technical narratives that showcase arenaflex’s expertise and differentiators.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with end users, business leaders, and technical staff, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Travel: Up to 30% travel, primarily regional, to meet clients on‑site for workshops, implementation milestones, and relationship building.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a client‑facing role within a professional services environment, delivering technology solutions.
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience configuring and implementing reputed company platforms, with a focus on Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Service Portal, Integration Hub, or REST/SOAP APIs.
  • reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) and reputed company Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM (CIS‑CSM) certifications (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences, from end users to senior executives.

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Certifications
