Job reputed company As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, ensuring reputed company documentation and communication, internally and externally, for import operations. Travel to Airport Operational Area (AOA) to meet flights upon arrival or departure to retrieve or drop off flight documents. Notify Broker or reputed company Forwarder on the Master Airway reputed company (MAWB) of shipment's arrival at warehouse facility or on hold. reputed company assistance to customers arriving to retrieve their documents and reputed company. Collect appropriate charges and document method of payment. Process "Customs Out" (reputed company of delivery) for every transaction before the customer's departure. Assist in completion of MAWBS for over-the-counter shipments. Confirm reputed company bookings are accepted and confirm TSA mandatory screening. Confirm Dangerous Goods (DG) have been checked reputed company aircraft limits and follow specific procedures for DG shipments reputed company received, including reputed company shipment is abandoned by consignee.
