Remote User Support Representative

What we are about & What we expect from our User Support Team

Endossed is more than a payment solution: it is a way for users to break free from digital servitude. Endossed has built the world’s first Buy Now, Pay Never solution, giving users the power to monetize their own data, on their own terms. The eight million e-commerces in the United States can benefit from a payment solution that boosts their topline, increases the rate of return shoppers, and empowers them to be in control of their data.

We won’t rest until everybody knows. We’re seeking a user support representative to join us on our mission to liberate the world from digital servitude. You will work hand-in-hand with our CEO; your part will be to ensure that the user experience with Endossed is seamless. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build a trillion-dollar company that will disrupt how consumers globally interact with their data.

You will

The user success representative will support our mission to help consumers gain financial ownership of their data by helping our users when they need help in the application, whether it's by:

  • Responding to emails sent by users complaining or wanting help (Gmail)
  • Creating content to automate the process of supporting users (blogs, videos, help documents)
  • Coordinating with our tech team to solve user problems, including but not limited to; not being able to sign in, connecting data sources, redeeming offers, trying to fraud our system, duplicating accounts, etc

The candidate will need a crystal clear understanding of our mission, our product and our user experience. The candidate will often exchange with Endossed's technical team but will report to the CEO.

You will not be a fit if

  • You are not driven and independant
  • Have less than excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are not hungry for success
