Working from home, you’ll complete medical history and lifestyle questionnaires by phone with insurance applicants and arrange telephone interviews. You’ll collaborate with a team of telephone interviewers, stay connected online with colleagues, contribute to a positive team environment, and meet quality and performance goals. Telephone interviewers are responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Interviewing insurance applicants to collect medical history and lifestyle information by completing insurance questionnaires.</li> <li>Providing a positive experience for clients.</li> <li>Scheduling telephone interview appointments based on the applicant’s and interviewer’s availability.</li> <li>Following up with applicants when information is missing or when additional details are needed after the questionnaire is completed—while protecting the confidentiality of private information. </li> </ul> <p> <strong>Pay range:</strong> $19.35 per hour. While the hiring range is set, your final pay will be determined based on factors such as your experience, education requirements, and other considerations.</p> <p> At Dynacare, we may use AI tools during recruitment.
