[Remote] Sr. reputed company Manager, Corporate Training Solutions

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The reputed company is a nonprofit organization focused on reputed company cardiovascular and brain health and creating healthier communities. The Senior reputed company Manager will lead a team while personally driving enterprise account acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth for corporate CPR, First Aid, AED, and workplace safety training solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of four reputed company Managers, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth
  • Serve as a player-coach by managing key enterprise accounts and personally contributing to revenue goals
  • Identify, pursue, and close new corporate partnerships for CPR, First Aid, AED, and workplace safety training programs
  • Build relationships with executive decision-makers across HR, Learning & Development, Safety, Risk Management, and Operations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that expand market share and increase customer retention
  • Manage pipeline health, forecasting, contract negotiations, and strategic account planning
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive demand generation, customer adoption, and long-term growth

Skills

  • * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • * 5+ years of reputed company, enterprise sales, or strategic account management experience
  • * Experience with sales leadership or team management
  • * Ability to successfully lead high-performing teams while achieving individual sales targets
  • * Strong consultative selling, negotiation, coaching, and executive relationship management skills
  • * Experience with reputed company or similar CRM platforms
  • * Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including daily travel to partner sites and stakeholders (approximately 70-80%), with occasional overnight travel (approximately 10%)
