Remote Solar Appointment Setter -- $500 Per Close + Backend Commission

Remote Solar Appointment Setter — $500 Per Close

100% Remote | U.S. Only | 1099 Contractor | 30+ Hours/Week

$500 UPFRONT PER CLOSED DEAL + BACKEND COMMISSIONS

Top performers have the opportunity to earn $3,000–$5,000+ per week.

We're looking for driven, confident phone sales professionals to join our remote solar appointment-setting team.

If you're comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, following a proven script, and staying focused on performance, this could be a strong opportunity to build a serious income from home.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be responsible for turning homeowner conversations into qualified solar appointments for our closing team.

  • Make outbound calls to U.S. homeowners using our dialer
  • No manual dialing — our system does the dialing for you
  • Follow our proven appointment-setting script
  • Qualify homeowners based on established criteria
  • Handle common objections and keep conversations moving
  • Schedule qualified solar appointments for our closers
  • Accurately update activity and appointments in the CRM
  • Maintain consistent daily call volume and performance
  • Participate in coaching and team training

You don't have to close the solar deal yourself.

Your job is to set the qualified appointment. Our closers handle the sale.

HOW YOU GET PAID

$500 PER CLOSED DEAL

When a qualified appointment you set results in a closed deal, you receive:

$500 upfront per close

Plus:

Backend commissions when deals close and install
Weekly bonuses and performance incentives
Opportunities for advancement

With consistent production, top performers have the opportunity to reach $3,000–$5,000+ per week.

Earnings depend on call volume, appointment quality, closing results, and overall performance.

THE PERFORMANCE STANDARD

We're looking for setters who take production seriously.

Our target is approximately:

1+ qualified appointment every 2 hours of talk time

Our closing team currently reports approximately a 70% closer conversion rate on qualified appointments.

That means the quality of the appointments you set matters — and so does your ability to consistently produce.
