            Key Responsibilities

            As a Remote Part‑Time Customer Service Agent, you will be the first line of support for travelers, ensuring seamless travel experiences from booking to arrival. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

            • Handling inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
            • Processing ticket issuance, re‑issuance, and cancellations in accordance with opportunicore policies.
            • Managing flight reservations, seat assignments, and special requests (e.g., meal preferences, wheelchair assistance).
            • Assisting passengers with self‑check‑in kiosks, boarding passes, and gate procedures.
            • Resolving issues related to overbooking, flight changes, and missed connections with creative, customer‑first solutions.
            • Coordinating with ground operations, cargo teams, and airline partners to ensure smooth passenger flow.
            • Maintaining accurate records of passenger interactions, ticketing changes, and service requests in our CRM system.
            • Adhering to security protocols, including TSA and FAA guidelines, and reporting any suspicious activity.
            • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback on processes and technology.

            Essential Qualifications

            • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
            • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
            • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
            • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and web‑based ticketing systems.
            • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain focus in a remote setting.
            • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional on‑site training (if required).
