Position Overview

We’re looking for a Live Chat Support Specialist to join our customer service team. This is a 100% remote position that requires no prior experience, no degree, and absolutely no phone work. If you thrive in a quiet, task‑oriented environment and want to help customers feel confident and satisfied, this role is perfect for you. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to grow into higher‑level support or training roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Use our chat dashboard to answer questions about product details, order status, returns, coupons, and more. Maintain a friendly, professional tone in every interaction.
  • Utilize Prewritten Templates: Follow a library of proven response templates to speed up your workflow while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Tag and Log Chats: Assign the correct issue type to each conversation and write a concise internal summary to aid future reference and trend analysis.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Identify when a customer’s question falls outside your scope (e.g., account recovery, technical bugs) and follow the escalation protocol to route the chat to the appropriate specialist.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Aim for quick, clear, and helpful responses that reduce abandoned orders and boost satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as chat speed, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Communicate with supervisors and senior agents via internal chat tools for guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Essential Qualifications

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per reputed company (preferred).
  • Basic web navigation skills and familiarity with common support tools.
  • Reliable high‑speed home internet connection.
  • Desktop or laptop computer (no tablets or mobile‑only setups).
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer support software or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
  • Previous exposure to the wellness or lifestyle product space.
  • Multilingual writing skills (any language other than English).

Skills & Competencies

  • Communication: Clear, concise, and empathetic written communication.
  • Problem‑Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve common customer issues quickly.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality.

  • Move into Internal Training positions, helping onboard new agents.
  • Specialize in Product Support, becoming the go‑to expert for specific product lines.
  • Explore Leadership Tracks such as Team Lead or Manager, overseeing a group of agents.

We also offer access to online courses, webinars, and mentorship programs to help you build new skills and advance your career.
