[Remote] Human Resources Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking an HR Project Manager to lead a U.S.-based Workforce/Timekeeping implementation initiative replacing an existing salaried time-tracking solution. The role coordinates HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors across planning, testing, implementation, governance, financial management, risk mitigation, and adoption activities. Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR Project Manager supporting a Workforce/Timekeeping implementation project Partner with Payroll, HR stakeholders, IT PMO, Architecture, Development, Testing teams, and implementation vendors Support project planning, governance, kickoff activities, and implementation readiness efforts Govern third-party implementation partners and monitor delivery against project scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations Coordinate requirements gathering, project planning, testing, deployment readiness, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications Drive alignment between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, accruals, invoice management, and reporting Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committee discussions, and risk management activities Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations Prepare executive-level status updates, dashboards, and project documentation using Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365 tools Support testing, implementation, and adoption activities for the new Workforce/Timekeeping solution Operate within a structured Waterfall delivery framework Skills Bachelor's degree Extensive professional experience as an HR Project Manager Experience leading HR Workforce-related projects, preferably implementations Demonstrated experience owning projects from initiation through completion Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, executives, and third-party vendors Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting Experience working within Waterfall project methodologies Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in IT environments with Architecture, Development, and Testing teams Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Benefits Comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
