Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry Specialist

Your work ensures that critical applications, financial documents, and lender communications are accurately captured in our proprietary Affinity database. This role directly supports the financial health of our clients, enabling faster loan processing, improved compliance, and superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

    Accurate Data Capture:

    Convert paper‑based applications, checks, and related documents into digital records within the Affinity database with a focus on precision.

      Maintain Speed & Accuracy:

      Achieve and sustain a keying speed that meets careerzynith’s performance benchmarks while preserving a 99.5%+ accuracy rate.

        Financial Document Support:

        Assist the deposit team by entering checks, stamping, scanning, and indexing them when workload spikes occur.

          Cancellation Processing:

          Handle cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.

            Process Improvement Collaboration:

            Partner with management to identify systematic bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and implement best‑practice workflows.

              Confidentiality Assurance:

              Safeguard sensitive client and financial information in accordance with industry regulations and careerzynith’s strict privacy policies.

                Team Communication:

                Provide clear, concise updates to supervisors and peers, fostering a collaborative remote environment.

                Essential Qualifications
